Forestería Urbana de Valencia is an initiative of the sculpture department of the Polytechnic University of Valencia that converts urban waste, specifically remains from felling and pruning of metropolitan trees, into useful material for teaching, academic and research activities.

Trees play a fundamental role in the life of the city, providing numerous benefits to its inhabitants. FUV is based on trees, so it takes as reference three key aspects that they provide us and reflects them in the initiative.
